Otherwise, allocate 20 - 30 mins a day for a week to set up and develop your Happiness Toolbox. It is preferable that you spend at least an hour (if you can) labelling and decorating your Happiness Toolbox. How it looks will inspire you to use it and work on your mental health every day.
Once you are happy with the Toolbox and the Tools stored inside, set aside a set time every day (at least 5 minutes first thing in the morning or last thing at night) to work on your happiness skills.
