Make Some Tools
Take an A5 journal and label it "[Your Name]'s Gratitude Journal."
Decorate it with pictures of everyday things you are grateful for (family, friends, nature).
On the first page, write "I am so grateful for all the blessings in my life."
Decorate this message and make it sparkle!
On the next page write: "I am grateful for..." listing the first thing that comes to mind.
Go to the next line and do this again.
Write as many things as you can possibly think of.
Highlight your favourite ones.
Remember to start each day with a grateful heart
